About the Role
Property Kumbh is seeking a results-driven and passionate Commercial Leasing Manager to lead our commercial leasing initiatives in Lucknow. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new leasing opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the commercial real estate sector.
This position combines strategic market development, client engagement, and team leadership to position Property Kumbh as the preferred partner for commercial property solutions in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients through regular meetings, personalized engagement, and exceptional service to secure and renew leasing agreements.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients (B2B & B2C) by conducting in-depth market research on organizations and individuals, expanding the customer base, and enhancing value for current clients.
- Marketing & Market Development: Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote commercial leasing opportunities. Identify, explore, and develop new market segments to drive sales growth.
- Networking & Representation: Represent Property Kumbh at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to showcase our commercial portfolio and generate quality leads.
- Proposal & Deal Closure: Prepare compelling quotes, proposals, and presentations to successfully close leasing deals.
- Team Leadership: Set ambitious targets for the sales/development team, monitor performance, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Training & Mentorship: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and achieve high performance in commercial leasing.
Role Requirements / Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate: Any Graduate
- Postgraduate: Any Postgraduate (preferred)
Experience & Skills (Preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in real estate, commercial leasing, or construction industry.
- Strong expertise in retail sales, B2B/B2C sales, and commercial leasing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market in Lucknow (added advantage).
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital marketing tools.
