Job Description: SEO Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO strategies, tools, and techniques to optimize our website, enhance search rankings, and drive organic traffic to www.propertykumbh.com.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• ✅ Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to align with best practices for SEO Executive standards.
• ✅ Conduct keyword research and implement SEO-friendly content strategies to boost visibility.
• ✅ Ensure proper internal linking and URL structure for optimal crawlability.

Off-Page SEO

• ✅ Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, and strategic partnerships.
• ✅ Manage directory submissions, social bookmarking, and local SEO efforts to enhance brand presence.
• ✅ Improve domain authority and page authority to strengthen our online footprint.

Technical SEO

• ✅ Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors).
• ✅ Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and performance for better user experience.
• ✅ Implement structured data markup (schema.org) to enhance search engine visibility.

Content Strategy

• ✅ Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and property listings tailored for target audiences.
• ✅ Ensure content aligns with target keywords, user intent, and SEO Executive best practices.
• ✅ Update and refresh existing content to maintain and improve search rankings.

Analytics and Reporting

• ✅ Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• ✅ Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates to measure success.
• ✅ Prepare detailed SEO reports with actionable insights to guide strategy.

Competitor Analysis

• ✅ Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• ✅ Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Requirements

• ✔️ Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
• ✔️ Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• ✔️ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• ✔️ Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex SEO challenges.
• ✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• ✔️ Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
